Your district already approved us. Now let's plan the field day.
We Rent Fun is a registered, approved vendor with the Miami-Dade and Broward County school and parks systems. Certificate of insurance naming your school as additional insured, W-9 on file, purchase orders accepted, FDACS-inspected rides and SIOTO-trained operators — all from one warehouse in Medley, on one invoice.
The paperwork is the hard part. It's already done.
Most event vendors make a school event lead chase insurance certificates and tax forms two weeks before a field day. We don't. Here is exactly what you get, and how fast.
Approved school & parks vendor
Registered and approved with the Miami-Dade and Broward County public school systems and their parks and recreation departments — so your event doesn't stall in vendor onboarding.
COI with additional insured
A certificate of insurance listing your school, charter network, parish or district as additional insured, issued on request for every booking. Ask and we send it.
W-9, POs and district checks
Signed W-9 on request, purchase orders accepted, and invoicing that matches how school and municipal accounting actually pays. No personal card required.
Inspected, insured, staffed
Fully insured. FDACS-inspected rides. ASTM-compliant inflatables. SIOTO-trained operators running the attractions that need a trained adult on them.
Schools that call us every year.
Public, charter, private and parish schools across Miami-Dade and Broward — plus the municipalities and colleges that run the same kind of event on a bigger field.
Three events, one vendor.
Every package below is a starting point, not a fixed menu. Tell us grade levels, headcount and whether you have power at the site, and we'll send an itemized quote you can hand straight to your bookkeeper.

From first call to field day, in five steps.
Tell us the basics
Date, grade levels, headcount, and whether the site has power and a water spigot. Call, email, or send it through the quote form.
Get an itemized quote
A line-item quote on letterhead you can attach to a requisition — not a lump sum you have to justify to a business manager.
We send the paperwork
W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming your school, network or district as additional insured, sent on request.
Purchase order or check
Send the PO number and we hold the date. School and municipal checks welcome. No one has to put a field day on a personal card.
We show up early
Delivery, setup, generators, and trained attendants in uniform — sequenced around your bell schedule, then broken down and off the field.
The South Florida school year, by season.
Broward and Miami-Dade end on different weeks, which stacks two peak field-day weeks back to back. The best inventory in May is spoken for in February.
Welcome-back & open house
Kickoff nights, orientation, and the window to lock in your fall festival date.
Fall festivals
PTA fundraisers, trunk-or-treat and carnival nights. Book by late August.
Holiday events
Snow machines, Santa, and winter family nights on the blacktop.
Spring flings
Also the month to book field day — this is when the May calendar fills.
Field days
The busiest weeks of our year. Broward wraps up in late May, Miami-Dade in early June — two peak waves. Reserve in January or February.
Camps & city events
Weekly camp bookings, July 4th municipal events, and summer recreation programs.
Someone will quote you less. Here's what changes.
There are bounce house companies in this market advertising $119 and $125 units. For a backyard birthday, that may be fine. For 400 children on a school field, three things are different.
The certificate is real
An approved-vendor registration and a COI naming your district as additional insured are not something a two-truck operation can produce on 24 hours' notice. If a vendor can't send one, your risk manager will find out at the worst possible moment.
The equipment is inspected
FDACS-inspected rides and ASTM-compliant inflatables, cleaned between events. Budget operators compete on price by skipping exactly the parts you can't see.
Somebody is actually running it
Trained attendants keep rotations moving and keep kids sized correctly on each attraction. Drop-and-go rentals put that job on a teacher who already has a class to watch.
Let a local sponsor cover it.
We run a school sponsorship program that matches local businesses with schools that want an event they can't fund outright. Your school applies, a sponsor underwrites the day, and both get the recognition.
See the sponsorship programSchool event FAQ.
Are you an approved vendor with our district?
We are a registered, approved vendor with the Miami-Dade and Broward County public school systems, and with the county parks and recreation departments. If your charter network, archdiocese or municipality has its own onboarding portal, send it over and we'll complete it.
How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?
Request it with your quote and we issue it for your booking, with your school, network or district named as additional insured. If your business office needs specific wording or limits, tell us and we'll have it written that way.
Do you take purchase orders?
Yes. Send the PO number and we hold the date. We also accept school and municipal checks, and we'll provide a signed W-9 for your vendor file.
Our field has no power. Is that a problem?
No — it's the norm. We delivered over 900 generators in 2025 precisely because most school and park sites have no outlet within reach. We'll spec the right generator count with your quote.
Do you supply staff, or do our teachers run it?
We supply trained attendants in four-hour blocks. Every mechanical ride and staffed attraction comes with an operator. For inflatables, we'll recommend how many attendants your rotation actually needs.
How far in advance should we book?
For April and May field days, January or February. For October fall festivals, August. For everything else, three to four weeks is usually comfortable — but the popular water slides go first.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade and Broward are our core service area, delivered from our warehouse in Medley. We also deliver into Palm Beach County and the Keys — ask about delivery on those dates.
Let's get your date on the board.
Tell us the day and the grade levels. We'll send an itemized quote, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance — and your field day stops being the thing you worry about.
