October dates · book by late August

The trunks are the easy part. Everything else isn't.

Your families will decorate the cars. We bring the tents over the trunk row, the inflatables, the concessions, the lighting and the generators that make a parking lot feel like an event — delivered, set up and staffed from Medley.

What a lot actually needs

A trunk-or-treat is an event in a place not built for events.

No power, no shade, no seating, and a hard surface you can't stake into. That's four problems most rental companies hand back to you. We solve them as part of the quote.

Tents over the trunk row

40-guest through 100-guest tent packages that shade the decorated cars and the candy tables, with tables and chairs for the volunteers working each trunk.

Weighted, not staked

Every inflatable is anchored with weights for asphalt setups. Tell us the surface when you book and we bring the right rigging — no drilling into your lot.

Power for the whole lot

Generators sized to your footprint and fueled for the event. We delivered over 900 in 2025 because almost no outdoor site has usable power within reach.

Insured and staffed

COI naming your church, school or district as additional insured, W-9 on request, FDACS-inspected rides, and trained attendants so volunteers stay at the trunks.

Two ways to build it

Start here, then tell us your number.

Tell us how many trunks you expect, roughly how many families, and whether the lot has power. We'll send an itemized quote your church office or PTA treasurer can file directly.

How it works

From first call to load-out, in five steps.

Tell us the lot

Date, surface, roughly how many trunks and families, and whether there's power within reach.

Get an itemized quote

A line-item quote on letterhead your office can file — not a lump sum somebody has to justify.

We send the paperwork

W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming your church, school or district as additional insured.

Reserve the date

Deposit, church check or purchase order. October Saturdays go first, so earlier is better.

We show up early

Delivery, weighted setup, generators and uniformed attendants — then fully broken down and off your lot.

The honest version

Someone will quote you less. Here's what changes.

There are companies advertising $119 and $125 inflatables. For a backyard birthday that may be fine. For 500 people in your parking lot after dark, three things are different.

Asphalt is not grass

Weighted anchoring for hard surfaces is a real cost and a real skill. An operator who only stakes into turf either can't set up or does it unsafely.

The certificate is real

A COI naming your church or school as additional insured is not something a two-truck operation produces on 24 hours' notice — and October is when they're stretched thinnest.

They show up

Peak weekend is when underbooked operators double-book and cancel. We run 1,240 events a year with our own trucks and our own crew.

Questions we get every August

Trunk-or-treat FAQ.

Can you set up on asphalt?

Yes — it's most of what we do in October. We use weighted anchoring rather than stakes. Tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right rigging.

Our lot has no power. Is that a problem?

No. We spec and fuel generators as part of the quote. We delivered over 900 in 2025 for exactly this reason.

How late can we book an October date?

Late August for the last two Saturdays in October. Those are the most contested dates on our calendar because every church and school in two counties wants them.

Can you send a COI and W-9?

Yes. Request them with your quote and we issue a certificate naming your church, school or district as additional insured, plus a signed W-9 for your vendor file.

Do you have lighting for after dark?

Yes — ask about lighting with your quote. Most trunk-or-treats run into the evening, and a dark lot is the most common thing committees forget.

What areas do you serve?

Miami-Dade and Broward from our warehouse in Medley, plus Palm Beach County and the Keys on request.

Get your October date on the board.

Tell us the date and the lot. We'll send an itemized quote, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance — and your committee can go back to worrying about candy.
