Your festival should feel like ministry, not logistics.
Fall festivals, trunk-or-treats, VBS weeks, Christmas events and church carnivals — delivered, set up and staffed from one warehouse in Medley, on one invoice, with a certificate of insurance naming your church.
The part your volunteers dread, we already handle.
Most church festivals are run by a committee of people with day jobs. The vendor should be the easiest part of that, not another thing to chase two weeks out.
Certificate of insurance
A COI naming your church, parish, temple or diocese as additional insured, issued on request for every booking. If your property policy requires specific wording or limits, tell us and we'll have it written that way.
W-9 and church checks
Signed W-9 on request, and invoicing that matches how a church office actually pays — church check, purchase order, or card. Nobody on the committee has to front it personally.
Staffed, not dropped off
Trained attendants in four-hour blocks so your volunteers can greet families instead of running a slide line. Every mechanical ride comes with an operator.
Inspected and cleaned
Fully insured, FDACS-inspected rides and ASTM-compliant inflatables, cleaned between events. The equipment showing up at your church is the same equipment we put on school fields.
Churches, parishes and temples across both counties.
Catholic parishes, evangelical and non-denominational churches, synagogues, parish schools and faith-based nonprofits — plus the daycares and academies many of them run.
Pick a starting point, then tell us your budget.
Every package below is a starting point, not a fixed menu. Tell us expected attendance, age range, and whether the lot has power and water — we'll send an itemized quote your treasurer can file directly.

From first call to festival day, in five steps.
Tell us the basics
Date, expected attendance, age range, and whether the lot has power and a water spigot. Call, email, or send it through the quote form.
Get an itemized quote
A line-item quote on letterhead your treasurer or business administrator can file — not a lump sum somebody has to justify at the next board meeting.
We send the paperwork
W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming your church, parish or diocese as additional insured, sent on request.
Church check or card
Reserve the date with a deposit; church checks and purchase orders welcome. No volunteer has to put a festival on a personal card.
We show up early
Delivery, setup, generators and uniformed attendants — sequenced around your service schedule, then broken down and off the lot.
The church year, by season.
Church calendars cluster on the same handful of weekends across all of South Florida. October Saturdays and the week before Christmas go first.
Back to church
Ministry fairs, welcome Sundays and the window to lock in your October festival date.
Fall festivals & trunk-or-treat
The busiest church weekend of the year in Miami. Book by late August — the last two Saturdays fill first.
Christmas events
Snow machines, Santa, live nativity crowds and winter family nights.
Easter & egg hunts
Egg hunt field layouts, spring family days and confirmation celebrations.
VBS & camp weeks
Water slides and foam parties on repeat, week after week, all summer.
Anniversaries & fundraisers
Church anniversaries, missions fundraisers, and school events at parish academies.
Someone will quote you less. Here's what changes.
There are companies in this market advertising $119 and $125 inflatables. For a backyard birthday, that may be fine. For 500 people on church property, three things are different.
The certificate is real
A COI naming your church as additional insured is not something a two-truck operation produces on 24 hours' notice. If a vendor can't send one, your property insurer finds out at the worst possible moment.
The equipment is inspected
FDACS-inspected rides and ASTM-compliant inflatables, cleaned between events. Budget operators compete on price by skipping exactly the parts you can't see.
Somebody is actually running it
Trained attendants keep rotations moving and keep kids sized correctly on each attraction. Drop-and-go rentals put that job on a volunteer who also signed up to run the bake sale.
Make the festival pay for itself.
Most of the churches we work with run their fall festival as a fundraiser, not a cost. Wristbands at $10–$15, concessions priced as a donation, and a dunk tank with the pastor in it routinely cover the rental and then some. Tell us the attendance you expect and we'll help you build the package around a break-even number instead of guessing at it.
Church event FAQ.
Can you name our church on the insurance certificate?
Yes. Request it with your quote and we issue a certificate of insurance for your booking with your church, parish, temple or diocese named as additional insured. If your business office needs specific wording or limits, tell us and we'll have it written that way.
Do you take church checks and purchase orders?
Yes to both, and we'll provide a signed W-9 for your vendor file. Send the PO number or schedule the check and we hold the date.
Our parking lot has no power. Is that a problem?
No — it's the norm. We delivered over 900 generators in 2025 precisely because most church lots, parks and fields have no outlet within reach. We'll spec the right generator count with your quote.
Can you set up on asphalt instead of grass?
Yes. Parking-lot setups are routine for us — we use weighted anchoring rather than stakes. Just tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right rigging.
Do we need to supply volunteers to run the attractions?
Not for the staffed ones. We supply trained attendants in four-hour blocks, and every mechanical ride comes with an operator. For inflatables we'll recommend how many attendants your rotation actually needs.
How far in advance should we book an October festival?
Late August. October Saturdays are the single most contested dates on our calendar because every church in Miami-Dade and Broward wants the same four weekends.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade and Broward are our core service area, delivered from our warehouse in Medley. We also deliver into Palm Beach County and the Keys — ask about delivery on those dates.
Let's get your date on the board.
Tell us the day and how many families you expect. We'll send an itemized quote, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance — and your festival committee stops worrying about the vendor.
