Who we work with

Half our calendar is organizations, not backyards.

Schools, employers, municipalities and communities that need the paperwork handled correctly and the equipment on site when it said it would be. Here is how that breaks down.

Schools & PTAs

Public, charter, private and preschool — from a single bounce house to a full field day.

  • Field days and end-of-year celebrations
  • Fall festivals and spring flings
  • Honor roll and reward days
  • Summer camp weeks

Corporate & HR

Employee appreciation without a production budget or a project manager.

  • Company picnics and family fun days
  • Holiday parties and year-end events
  • Brand activations and grand openings
  • Staffed attractions so your team can enjoy it

Cities, Parks & Government

Registered and experienced with municipal parks and recreation programming.

  • July 4th and community festivals
  • Parks & rec summer programs
  • Movie nights and block parties
  • Generators for parks with no power

HOAs, Churches & Clubs

Property managers, parish administrators and club boards booking on a calendar.

  • Community and resident family days
  • Church and parish carnivals
  • Daycare and learning center events
  • Yacht, tennis and country club days
Paperwork, handled

Vendor onboarding without the back-and-forth.

Most rental companies make you chase the documents. We already know what a school district, a risk manager and a city clerk each need — and we send it in the format they accept.

1

Tell us the entity

School, district, city, HOA or employer — plus the venue and date. That is enough for us to start.

2

Get your quote

Itemized, with delivery, setup, staffing and generators priced in. No surprise line items on event day.

3

We send the documents

COI naming your organization as additional insured, W-9, and inspection certificates on request.

4

Book by PO or check

Purchase orders, corporate checks and cards all work. One invoice for the whole event, however many items.

Need a specific certificate holder, an endorsement, or paperwork uploaded to your district’s vendor portal? Ask — we do it every week.

What it costs

Real numbers to build your budget around.

We publish prices because event leads have to justify a number before they can get approval. These are typical starting points — your quote depends on guest count, hours, venue and staffing.

ItemTypical investment
Bounce houses$209 – $425
Bounce & slide combos$429 – $499
Water slides (12 ft to 30 ft+)$249 – $1,195
Obstacle courses (up to 140 ft)$359 – $1,399
Tent, table & chair packages (40–100 guests)$649 – $1,399
Concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cone)from $179
Event attendants (per 4-hour shift)$300
Generators (for parks and lots with no power)$119 – $249
Foam party$489
Dunk tank$549
Mechanical rides & staffed driving attractions$1,199 – $2,500 / 3 hrs
Elementary school field day — typical full build$2,600 – $3,200
City or community festival — typical full build$6,000 – $10,000+

Most of our events happen at parks and campuses with no available power — we supply the generators, so plan for them in the budget. Multi-item events are quoted as one package with a single invoice.

Common questions

What event leads ask us first.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. We are fully insured and issue a COI on request, naming your school, district, city, employer or association as additional insured. Tell us the exact certificate holder language your risk manager needs.

Are you an approved vendor?

We are a registered vendor with the Miami-Dade and Broward school and parks systems, and we work with municipalities across both counties. If your organization has its own vendor portal or onboarding packet, send it over and we will complete it.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes — POs, corporate checks and cards. We provide a W-9 up front so accounts payable can set us up before the event.

Is the equipment inspected?

Our rides are FDACS-inspected and set up to ASTM standards, and our attraction operators are SIOTO-trained. Inspection documentation is available on request.

Can you staff the event?

Yes. Attendants are $300 per four-hour shift, and mechanical rides and driving attractions always come staffed. For school and city events we recommend staffing anything with a queue.

What if the venue has no power?

Very common at parks — we supply generators from $119 and size them to your equipment list so nothing goes down mid-event.

How far out should we book?

Four to eight weeks is typical for organizational events. April and May field days should be booked in January or February.

Where are you located?

Our warehouse is at 6960 NW 74th St, Medley, FL 33166 — central to both counties. We deliver across Miami-Dade and Broward daily, and reach Palm Beach and the Keys on request.

Let’s get your event on the calendar.

Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many people. We come back with an itemized quote — and the COI and W-9 with it, so nothing holds up approval.
