How long does it take to receive a response?
Weโll acknowledge your application within 1โ2 business days. If you need a call instead, note that on your form and weโll schedule a quick intake.
When should I apply? Is there a minimum lead time?
Apply as early as you can. We recommend about 60 days for the best sponsor match and logistics. Typical sponsor placement takes 2โ6 weeks. For events <14 days away, a sponsor match is unlikely, but we can quote a Core Plan that fits your budget and check for last-minute openings.
My event is this Saturday โ is it too late?
Itโs tight for sponsorship, but not necessarily for the event. Submit the application and note โthis Saturday.โ Weโll price a Core Plan using your budget and available inventory; weโll also watch for cancellations. Sponsorship is not guaranteed on ultra-short notice.
We have a $500 budget but a big wish list (e.g., 7 mechanicals + 5 inflatables). What should we ask for?
Donโt worry about guessing. Send two lists:
- Must-have (Core Plan): minimum youโd be happy with inside $500.
- Wish list (Sponsor-Boosted Plan): everything youโd love if a sponsor helps.
How do sponsor matches work? Is it random or based on event size?
Not random. We match based on date & lead time, location, attendance, space/power/water, and the visibility you allow (banner, shout-outs, booth).
What are the sponsor guidelines?
Family-friendly brands only. No alcohol, tobacco, adult products, or political campaigns. Positive, school-safe signage; provide logo/art on time; follow school rules (no sales to students during school hours unless approved). We handle standard paperwork (e.g., COI/W-9) when needed.
