Most of our Jewish-community bookings come from a school event lead, a shul administrator or a JCC program director. Here is what that person actually needs from a vendor.
Scheduling around Shabbat and chag
Tell us your window and we work inside it โ Sunday events, chol hamoed weekdays, post-havdalah setups, or a Friday strike that's off your property well before candle lighting. We plan delivery and pickup around your times, not ours.
Security-cleared, uniformed crews
Named crew list in advance for your security director or off-duty officer. Our attendants are SIOTO-trained, badged and stay with the staffed attractions for the whole shift.
Kosher-friendly concessions
We can deliver popcorn, cotton candy and shaved-ice machines equipment-only, so your caterer or mashgiach supplies and controls everything that goes into them. Or we skip food entirely and just bring the fun.
Sites with no power
Most park and parking-lot events have nothing to plug into. We bring quiet generators sized to your load โ we ran 920 of them last year, so this is routine.

Questions we get from shuls, schools and JCCs
Can you deliver and pick up around Shabbat and yom tov?
Yes โ this is the most common request we get. Tell us your candle-lighting and havdalah times and we'll set the delivery and strike windows around them. For multi-day events we can leave equipment secured on site between days.
How fast can we get a certificate of insurance?
Within 24 hours of booking, naming your congregation, school, JCC, the city or the park as additional insured. If your facility has specific limits or wording requirements, send them with your request and we'll match them.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. W-9 on file, POs accepted, corporate and institutional checks welcome, and we're already set up in the Miami-Dade and Broward school and parks vendor systems.
What about kosher food?
We supply concession equipment without product whenever you'd like, so your caterer or mashgiach controls everything served. Many clients rent the machines from us and bring their own certified supplies.
Our event is in a park with no electricity. Is that a problem?
Not at all โ most of ours are. We bring quiet generators sized to your equipment list and run the power for you.
How far in advance should we book?
Sukkot and Simchat Torah: book by early August. Hanukkah: book by early October โ the ice rink and trackless train are the first things to go. Purim: book by January. Anything with a staffed mechanical ride should be locked 6โ8 weeks out.
Do you serve Broward and Palm Beach?
Miami-Dade and Broward are our core service area with free standard delivery, and we regularly run events up through Boca Raton and Palm Beach. Ask us about your address.
