Vacation Bible School Rentals in Miami-Dade & Broward
VBS week is five mornings, a hundred restless kids, and a volunteer team that is already stretched thin. We Rent Fun delivers the water slides, bounce houses, obstacle courses and concession machines that make each day the one they talk about at dinner โ set up before your first station opens, taken down after the last van pulls out, and fully insured the whole time.
We have been serving South Florida churches, parish schools and ministries out of our Medley warehouse since day one, and church events are one of our largest ministries-served categories every summer. Call 305-985-0505 or request a VBS quote.
We are a registered, approved vendor with the Miami-Dade and Broward County school and parks systems. Certificates of Insurance naming your church as additional insured, W-9s, and vendor paperwork are turned around in 24 hours โ no chasing, no delays before your board meeting.
Build your VBS week one day at a time
Most churches do not need five days of inflatables. They need the right attraction on the right day, so the energy builds toward Friday instead of burning out on Monday. Here is the plan our VBS coordinators use most:
| Day | What works | Typical rental |
|---|---|---|
| Monday โ Kickoff | A themed bounce house in the fellowship hall or under the portico. Easy, indoor-friendly, sets the tone. | Bounce house from $209 |
| Tuesday โ Games | Interactive sports games and inflatable challenges that split a large group into rotating stations. | Sports & interactive games |
| Wednesday โ Water Day | The day every kid remembers. Double-lane water slides with XL pools, sized to your age groups. | Water slides $249โ$1,195 |
| Thursday โ Challenge | Obstacle courses up to 140 feet. Head-to-head racing, easy to run as a tournament. | Obstacle courses $359โ$1,399 |
| Friday โ Family Celebration | Parents arrive. Multiple attractions, concessions, tents and staffed rides for the closing program. | Full celebration package |
What churches rent most for VBS
- Water slides โ $249 to $1,195. From an 11-ft Little Kahuna for preschoolers up to 30-ft+ double-lane slides for the whole church. Our single most-rented category.
- Bounce houses โ from $209. Themed units that match almost any VBS curriculum, plus combo bounce-and-slide units from $429.
- Obstacle courses โ $359 to $1,399. Up to 140 feet. The best way to move a big group of elementary kids through a station fast.
- Concession machines โ $179. Popcorn, cotton candy and sno-cone units, each delivered with supplies for 50. Perfect for the Friday family night.
- Generators โ $119 to $249. Church parking lots, fields and park pavilions rarely have the power an inflatable needs. We rent close to a thousand generators a year for exactly this reason โ ask us before you assume the outlet will do it.
- Trained attendants โ $300 per 4-hour shift. Our SIOTO-trained staff run the ride so your volunteers can run the ministry.
- Tents, tables and chairs โ $649 to $1,399. Shade packages for 40 to 100 guests. In a Miami June, shade is not optional.
- Mechanical and carnival rides โ quote only. Trackless train, bumper cars, bungee trampoline and more for the closing celebration.

Three ways churches budget VBS
One or two inflatables for the opening morning, delivered and set up before check-in. The most common first-year VBS order.
A large double-lane water slide plus a second attraction for the younger group, a generator, and an attendant so nobody from your team has to supervise the line.
The full closing night: three to four attractions, concessions, shade tents and staffed supervision. This is the same build we deliver for elementary school field days across Miami-Dade and Broward.
Why churches keep booking us
- Approved school and parks vendor. Registered with Miami-Dade and Broward school and parks systems โ the same paperwork standard your parish school or city park pavilion will ask for.
- Fully insured, COI on request. Certificate naming your church as additional insured, returned within 24 hours.
- FDACS-inspected equipment. Every ride is state-inspected and ASTM-compliant, anchored properly, and weather-monitored on the day.
- SIOTO-trained operators. Attendants who are certified to run the attraction, not just stand near it.
- Purchase orders, corporate checks and W-9s. We work the way church business offices actually work.
- One vendor for the whole week. Inflatables, rides, tents, concessions, power and staffing on one invoice, one delivery schedule, one phone number.
- Nearly 100 five-star Google reviews in the past year and a roster that includes Publix, American Airlines, Amazon, Miami Dade College and the Miami Marlins.
The three questions we get every VBS season
"Do we have enough power?" Usually not. A single blower needs a dedicated 20-amp circuit within 100 feet, and most church lots, fields and park pavilions cannot deliver that for multiple units. A generator from $119 removes the problem entirely. Tell us your setup location and we will tell you what you need.
"What if it rains?" It is South Florida in June โ it will rain at some point. We monitor weather on the day, we will move an inflatable indoors if your fellowship hall has the clearance, and we will talk you through your options rather than leaving you guessing at 7 a.m.
"How far ahead do we book?" VBS weeks stack into the same three or four weeks every June and July, right after Broward schools let out in late May and Miami-Dade in early June. The best inflatables go first. Reserve in February or March for a June VBS.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to our church?
We serve all of Miami-Dade and Broward, with delivery reaching Palm Beach and the Keys. Free delivery in Miami and surrounding communities. Check your delivery area โ
Can you set up on grass, a parking lot, or indoors?
All three. Grass is staked, hard surfaces are sandbagged, and many of our units fit a standard fellowship hall. Send us the space and we will confirm the fit before you commit.
Can we keep a unit for more than one day?
Yes. Multi-day VBS rentals are common and are quoted per event โ call us with your week and we will build it.
Do you provide staff?
Yes. Trained attendants are $300 per 4-hour shift, and mechanical rides always come with an operator.
Do you offer anything for the youth group or the volunteer appreciation night?
Foam parties, dunk tanks, mobile gaming trailers and laser tag are all in the fleet. Ask when you call.
