The park has no power. We plan for that.
City festivals, July 4th events, summer camp programs and neighborhood family days — delivered, generator-powered and staffed across Miami-Dade and Broward, with a COI naming the city and an invoice your finance department can process.
Built for the way cities actually buy.
A recreation coordinator plans the event. Somebody else in finance has to pay for it, and somebody in risk management has to approve the vendor. We're already set up for all three.
Approved parks & municipal vendor
Registered and approved with the Miami-Dade and Broward County parks and recreation departments and their school systems — so your event doesn't stall waiting on vendor onboarding.
COI to your risk manager's spec
Certificate of insurance naming the city, town or village as additional insured, written to the limits and wording your risk management office requires. Tell us the spec and we send it.
POs, net terms and W-9
Purchase orders accepted, signed W-9 on request, and invoicing that matches municipal accounts-payable cycles. Send the PO number and we hold the date.
Inspected, insured, staffed
Fully insured. FDACS-inspected rides. ASTM-compliant inflatables. SIOTO-trained operators on every attraction that needs a trained adult on it.
Cities, villages and parks departments.
Municipalities, county parks, community redevelopment agencies, housing authorities and the colleges that run the same kind of event on a bigger field.
Scaled to the field, not the backyard.
Every build below is a starting point. Tell us expected attendance, the park, and whether there's power and water on site — we'll send an itemized quote your department can attach to a requisition.

Real numbers, before the RFQ.

From first call to load-out, in five steps.
Tell us the site
Park name, date, expected attendance, and whether there's power and water within reach. A site walk is free if you want one.
Get an itemized quote
A line-item quote on letterhead you can attach to a requisition — not a lump sum somebody in finance has to question.
We meet your insurance spec
W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming the city as additional insured, written to your risk manager's required limits and wording.
Purchase order
Send the PO number and we hold the date. Net terms available; municipal checks welcome.
We show up early
Delivery, generators, setup and uniformed attendants, sequenced around your load-in window and road closures, then fully broken down and off the site.
The municipal year, by season.
Every city in the tri-county area programs the same handful of weekends. July 4th and the December holiday window are booked months out.
July 4th & summer
Independence Day events and summer camp programs running week after week. Reserve by March.
Back-to-school & fall kickoff
Community back-to-school drives, resource fairs and the window to lock in October.
Fall festivals
Halloween events, harvest festivals and trunk-or-treats in city parks. Book by late August.
Tree lightings & winter fest
Snow machines, Santa and holiday events on the plaza or the park lawn.
Spring events & egg hunts
Spring festivals, egg hunts, earth day events and neighborhood family days.
Grand openings & ribbon cuttings
Park openings, CRA events, housing authority family days and community meetings.
Someone will quote you less. Here's what changes.
There are operators in this market advertising $119 and $125 inflatables. For a backyard birthday, that may be fine. For 3,000 residents in a public park, three things are different.
The certificate is real
An approved-vendor registration and a COI naming the city as additional insured, at your required limits, is not something a two-truck operation produces on 24 hours' notice. Your risk manager will find out at the worst possible moment.
The power plan is real
We delivered 920 generators in 2025 because park sites almost never have usable power within reach. A vendor who hasn't planned for that finds out at 8am on event day.
Somebody is actually running it
SIOTO-trained operators and uniformed attendants keep rotations moving and keep children sized correctly on each attraction. Drop-and-go puts that job on your rec staff.
Stop coordinating five different companies.
Inflatables, mechanical rides, laser tag, foam parties, mini golf, the game trailer, tents, concessions, generators and staff all come from the same warehouse in Medley, on one contract and one invoice. That's one COI to chase instead of five, one load-in window instead of five, and one phone number when something changes the week of the event.
Municipal event FAQ.
Are you an approved vendor with our parks department?
We are a registered, approved vendor with the Miami-Dade and Broward County parks and recreation departments and public school systems. If your city has its own vendor portal or registration process, send it over and we'll complete it.
Can you meet our insurance limits?
Yes. Tell us the limits and the exact additional-insured wording your risk management office requires and we'll have the certificate written that way for your booking.
Do you accept purchase orders and net terms?
Yes. Send the PO number and we hold the date. We accept municipal checks and provide a signed W-9 for your vendor file.
The park has no power. What do we do?
Nothing — we plan for it. We delivered over 900 generators in 2025 for exactly this reason. We'll spec the generator count and placement with your quote, and fuel them for the duration of the event.
Can you do a site walk before we finalize?
Yes, and for larger builds we recommend it. We'll walk the field with your recreation staff to confirm placement, anchoring, power runs and the load-in path.
How far in advance should we book?
For July 4th, March. For October festivals, late August. For December holiday events, September. Smaller family days are usually comfortable at three to four weeks.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade and Broward are our core service area, delivered from our warehouse in Medley. We also deliver into Palm Beach County and the Keys — ask about delivery on those dates.
Let's get your date on the board.
Tell us the park and the date. We'll send an itemized quote, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance written to your risk manager's spec — and your event stops being the thing you worry about.
