Is delivery free in Hollywood?
Yes. Standard delivery, setup and pickup are free in our service area, which includes Hollywood and the rest of Broward County. Some items need extra space or power, and we flag those when you add them to your cart.
How do I book?
Pick your date online to see whatβs available, add what you want to your cart, and pay a deposit to lock the date. The balance is due at setup, by card, cash or approved company check. You can also call (305) 985-0505.
What happens if it rains or gets windy?
If winds go over 15 MPH or thereβs lightning, we shut down safely. You can reschedule or take a rain check, so youβre not stuck paying for a washout.
Can you do school, park or HOA events in Hollywood?
Yes. Weβre an approved vendor with Miami-Dade Parks, Broward Parks, Miami-Dade County Public Schools and Broward County Public Schools. We email a COI and W-9 within 24 hours and accept purchase orders, district requisitions, company checks and cards.
When will the crew arrive?
We confirm your delivery window at least 12 hours before the event and send ETAs on the day. The crew sets everything up and walks you through safety before the party starts.
