What happens if it rains or gets windy?

If winds go over 15 MPH or there’s lightning, we shut down safely. You can reschedule or take a rain check, so you’re not stuck paying for a washout.

Can you do school, park or HOA events in Miami Beach?

Yes. We’re an approved vendor with Miami-Dade Parks, Broward Parks, Miami-Dade County Public Schools and Broward County Public Schools. We email a COI and W-9 within 24 hours and accept purchase orders, district requisitions, company checks and cards.

When will the crew arrive?

We confirm your delivery window at least 12 hours before the event and send ETAs on the day. The crew sets everything up and walks you through safety before the party starts.
