Broward and Miami-Dade end their school years about a week apart, which compresses nearly every field day in the region into two weeks. If your event is in April or May, four weeks of lead time is too late.

Planning a park event? Check your power first.

Most county and city park pavilions in Miami-Dade and Broward have no usable power for inflatables. Every blower needs continuous power for the full duration of the event, and there is no battery alternative. We delivered more than 900 generators last year for exactly this reason. If your venue is a park, build generator power into the quote from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Are you an approved vendor with Miami-Dade and Broward schools and parks?
Yes — with both school systems and both parks systems. We can provide the documentation your procurement office needs.

How fast can you send a certificate of insurance?
Within 24 hours of receiving your entity name, contract address and event details — usually the same business day, at no charge.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send the PO number with your booking and we will invoice against it. We also accept school and corporate checks, including payment after the event.

Are your rides inspected?
Yes. Our rides are inspected under the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and our units are anchored to manufacturer and ASTM standards — including ballast anchoring for asphalt and pavilion slabs.

Do you provide staff?
Yes. Trained attendants are $300 per 4-hour shift and are recommended for every school, city and corporate event.

Can you handle a whole festival?
Yes. Attractions, mechanical rides, tents, tables and chairs, concessions, generators and staff come from us on one contract and one invoice.

How far in advance should we book?
Four to eight weeks for a mid-size event. For April and May field days, book in January or February.
