Reservation Requirements
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due on delivery day. You must be 18+ to rent. A valid ID may be required at delivery.

Delivery & Setup
Service Area
We serve all of Miami-Dade County and Broward County, including Davie, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Miramar, Hialeah, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and many more.
Setup Requirements
- Level surface: Grass preferred. Concrete/asphalt OK with sandbags (included)
- Clear area: Free of debris, sharp objects, pet waste, and overhead obstructions
- Power source: Standard 110V outlet within 100 feet. Each inflatable needs a dedicated circuit
- Access: Clear path (minimum 4 feet wide) from vehicle to setup location
- Water access: For water slides, a garden hose must reach the setup area
Park, School & Church Setups
We regularly set up at parks, schools, churches, and community centers across South Florida. Please secure any required permits or site reservations in advance and let us know the location so we can plan for power and access.
Rental Period
Standard Rental
Our standard rental covers up to 8 hours of use. We coordinate delivery and pickup times that work for your schedule.
Operating Hours
Inflatables should only be used during daylight or in well-lit areas. All equipment must be turned off and disconnected when not actively supervised.
Weather Policy
South Florida weather is unpredictable. Here is how we handle it:
Light Rain
Light rain alone does not require cancellation. Most inflatables can be used in drizzle, though surfaces become slippery. Use your judgment regarding guest safety.
Severe Weather
Inflatables must be shut down immediately if any of the following occur:
- Sustained winds above 15-20 mph or gusts above 25 mph
- Lightning within 10 miles of the event
- Thunderstorm warnings or tornado watches/warnings
- Heavy rain causing flooding or reduced visibility
Customer Responsibility
Once setup is complete and our crew departs, the renter is responsible for monitoring weather conditions. If conditions become unsafe, deflate the unit and disconnect the blower. We walk you through this during setup.
Cancellations & Refunds

Safety Rules
All equipment meets ASTM International safety standards. We ask that all renters enforce these rules:
General Rules for All Inflatables
- Adult supervision is required at all times. A responsible adult (18+) must actively watch whenever the inflatable is in use
- Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering
- No food, drinks, gum, or silly string inside or on the inflatable
- No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, or climbing on walls
- Separate smaller children from older/larger children
- Follow posted capacity limits
- Keep hands, faces, and hair away from the blower unit
Water Slide Safety
- Go down feet first only, no diving or headfirst
- One rider at a time on the slide
- Ensure water is running before use
- Extra supervision required, wet surfaces are slippery
Mechanical Rides, Laser Tag & Specialty Equipment
- Follow all operator instructions provided at setup
- Age and size restrictions may apply
- Laser tag equipment must be returned intact
- Foam party areas should be on grass or smooth, non-slip surfaces
Damage & Liability
Your Responsibility
The renter is responsible for the equipment from setup until pickup, including protection from cuts, punctures, tears, burns, stains, pet damage, theft, vandalism, and water damage to non-water units.

Insurance
We Rent Fun carries comprehensive general liability insurance. The renter is responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety rules. We recommend discussing event coverage with your homeowner's insurance provider.
