How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1โ2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (MarchโOctober). However, we accommodate last-minute orders when inventory is available.
Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Absolutely. All our equipment is ASTM certified, commercially insured, and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every rental.
What if it rains on the day of my event?
We offer flexible rescheduling for weather-related cancellations. Contact us and we'll work with you to find a new date at no extra charge.
Do I need a power source?
Yes, inflatables require a standard 110v outlet within 100 feet. If you don't have access to power, we rent generators too!
