Booking & Payments
▸What types of events do you serve?
Birthdays, school carnivals, church festivals, corporate events, city events, grand openings, fundraisers, and community celebrations—no event is too big or too small.
▸How far in advance should I book?
Reserve online or by phone. A deposit is required to secure your date. Weekends, holidays, and summer dates book quickly—popular items can sell out weeks or even months in advance.
▸Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A credit-card deposit is required at booking. It is applied to your total and secures your items and date.
▸When is my balance due and what forms of payment do you accept?
The remaining balance is due at setup. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and pre-approved corporate checks.
▸Do you offer multi-unit discounts?
Yes—tell us your goals and budget and we’ll craft a value package for larger events or multiple items.
Delivery & Setup
▸Do you charge for delivery?
Nope! We offer FREE delivery everywhere in our service area. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
▸Do you deliver to parks?
Yes—we deliver to public parks as long as they allow inflatables. Permit requirements vary, so check with your park office in advance. Delivery is still free, but some parks may charge their own fees.
▸When will you deliver and pick up?
Delivery is arranged in advance. We’ll confirm a time window at least 12 hours before your event. Pickups usually happen the same day unless we arrange overnight rentals.
▸What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass (stakes), or concrete/asphalt/turf/indoors (sandbags). Not allowed: dirt, gravel, unsafe slopes.
Safety & Supervision
▸Do you provide operators?
Operators are
not included unless specifically hired. If not, you or your assigned adult must watch our
safety video and supervise at all times.
▸What are the basic safety rules?
No food/drinks, no shoes, no silly string or face paint, no rough play, no flips, no pets/sharp objects. Keep spectators 3 ft from the blower; never leave unattended.
Weather & Water
▸What happens if it rains or gets windy?
For heavy rain, lightning, or winds over 15 MPH, shut down and unplug immediately. You may reschedule or receive a rain check.
▸Can I use water on inflatables?
Only designated water inflatables may be used with water. Using water on dry units will cause damage and fees.
Damages & Liability
▸Am I responsible for damages?
Normal wear & tear is on us. Negligence/misuse may incur fees (cleaning $75/hr, repairs $225/hr + materials, or full replacement).
▸Do I need insurance?
You confirm you have homeowner’s or event insurance, or you assume full liability. You agree to hold We Rent Fun harmless except in cases of proven gross negligence.
